Rick Kleinshmidt’s experience, professionalism and enthusiasm enable him to deliver exemplary results as the president and CEO – and founder – of Right Fit Staffing, an innovative recruitment company that is quickly revolutionizing the industry with its commitment to a more personal approach for both employers and job seekers.

Professional & Personal Background

With a 15-year background in professional recruiting, Rick previously held a variety of executive management roles in several prominent staffing and sales organizations. Most recently, he was the National Managing Director for Nichols Executive Search Group, part of the Management Recruiters International (MRI) Network, where he was responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and motivating the team.

Rick has also received numerous accolades, including the esteemed MRI National Account Executive Rookie of the Year Award and the prestigious Pacesetter Award given for being among the top 10% in the world among MRI associates.

Born and raised on a small farm in rural Nebraska, Rick’s midwestern integrity and work ethic are legendary among Right Fit clients and teammates. A die-hard Cornhuskers fan, he brings a fun competitive spirit into the office, especially on Husker game days.

Now a business owner himself, Rick brings his extraordinary experience to bear as he develops and implements targeted strategies to put Right Fit Staffing on the industry fast track. Working throughout his career with thousands of employers seeking top candidates – and thousands more candidates seeking employment with reputable companies – he developed a ‘quality over quantity’ philosophy that today is both the vision and the mission of Right Fit Staffing.

Rick believes employers don’t need to screen and interview large numbers of candidates to get the right fit, and instead provides just the top two or three best-qualified applicants for consideration. And he also recognizes that job seekers appreciate being professionally screened for available positions instead of randomly sending out resume after resume to ads posted on Internet job boards or in the newspaper.

Rick has already turned the industry upside down with his Right Fit Staffing concept of meeting each individual customer’s needs – an incredibly exciting sentiment in today’s business climate.
